BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COORDINATOR
Requires knowledge and practice of administrative/clinical social work and social services planning in this comprehensive primary health care setting. The Behavioral Health Coordinator/ LCSW will provide assessments of patients for substance abuse, mental health, family, and social needs and services. Coordinates access to needed services for clinic patients, identifies patient barriers to accessing recommended services, and assists patients in identifying the means to overcome those barriers.
CASE MANAGER – Behavioral Health
The Case Manager will be responsible for performing risk assessments, patient education, tracking and recall of the patient, facilitating continuity of care, encouraging healthy lifestyles and adherence to the policies of the Center, and appropriate regulations of the State of Florida. S/he must assist with documenting accurately the Provider encounter with the patient. Spanish speaking preferred.
DENTIST
A full time, non-exempt position responsible for administering, maintaining, and expanding a program of primary (and in selected instances, secondary care) and preventive dental care in a community health center setting. Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Florida. Current CPR (BLS) certifications.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act. Also, coordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient running of the dental office. Spanish Speaking preferred.
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies, charting conditions of decay and disease, performing procedures in compliance with the dental practice act. Prepares treatment room for patients by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols.
FAMILY PRACTICE PHYSICIAN
Will assist in the provision of comprehensive healthcare services: Board Certified Family Practitioner who embraces the patient-centered medical home model.
INTAKE SPECIALIST
This position will include the performance of all front desk functions including, appointments, registration, eligibility verification; “greeting” all patients/customers in a most friendly and courteous manner. Spanish Speaking preferred.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse responsible for performing nursing functions in the area of triage, physical assessments, patient education, medical charting, and the giving of ordered injections, consistent with the policies of the center and appropriate regulations of the state of Florida.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
The Medical Assistant can specialize in either the Administrative or Clinical aspect of the job or be multi-functional. Competence requires communication skills, recognition and response to emergencies, adherence to ethical and legal standards, and demonstrable professional characteristics. MA and CPR certifications required.
NURSING SUPERVISOR
The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and directing the clinical personnel, as well as balancing the schedules of the nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage. The Nursing Supervisor will promote and maintain excellent working relationships with our physicians and staff to ensure safe and proper care of our patients. Must have current RN license, CPR certification, minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in ambulatory healthcare required.
PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
Must have a current Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License. Proficient in verbal and written communication with medical professionals and patients. Computer skills including pharmacy-based software programs, excel, and electronic health records. Ability to read and interpret medical prescriptions and progress notes. Able to perform basic pharmaceutical calculations including quantity, volume, and percentages. Physically able to stand for an extended period. Capable of complying with HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to accurately count and maintain large sums of cash. Must work one Saturday per month and have the flexibility to work extended hours when necessary including evening and weekends.
PROJECT COORDINATOR/RYAN WHITE GRANTS
Provides leadership and management of Grant related duties and works with the clinic director and HIV Specialist providers to ensure smooth workflow. Leadership, planning, and facilitation skills; proven ability to work with diverse groups including customers and clients. Prefer a Master’s Degree in Public Health Policy or Administration, the minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, health care administration, biological sciences or nursing, minimum of two years’ experience working with HIV positive populations, training in HIV/AIDS, 3 years of work experience in a clinical or social service setting.
QUALITY OUTCOMES ASSISTANT
The Quality Outcomes Assistant will assist with data collection and making initial contact via telephonic service and mail services. The Quality Outcomes Coordinator will possess a clinical background to participate and lead customer service health events to promote proactive health care. Minimum of one-year experience in a medical clinic. Knowledge of insurance industry and data collection. Medical Assistant/Nursing Assistant Certification desired, or equivalent experience.
REVENUE CYCLE SPECIALIST
The revenue cycle management process begins with patient registration and culminates when Bond has received payment for the services. The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for the oversight of this process. The revenue cycle specialist will oversee the following areas: preregistration/registration, check-in, charge capture, coding, claims submission, patient collections, and remittance processing. The incumbent will also be responsible for Bond’s third party medical and dental claims processing and submittal in a timely manner. Must have extensive experience with billing databases (experience with Athena and/or Dentrix a plus). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
SECURITY OFFICER
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; great all patients/customers in a most friendly and courteous manner.
SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR
The position will include the performance of all front desk functions including switchboard, appointments, registration, eligibility verification, “greeting” all patients/customers in a most friendly and courteous manner. Spanish speaking.
TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST - Mobile Unit
The Transportation Specialist is responsible for all phases of transportation operations for mobile health services. This includes skilled work in safe and efficient operations of a large passenger bus or van, transporting mobile unit staff, or patients to various scheduled appointments. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License, Class B or CDL, and proof of driver record from the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles.
