Bond Community Health Center offers an array of pediatric services. Our pediatric department is staffed with some of Tallahassee’s finest and skilled medical professionals. Our pediatric staff takes pride in providing high-quality care to all of our patients and their families. Our pediatrician is dedicated to the health of all children and follows the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other evidence-based practice guidelines. In accordance with the mission of Bond, our pediatric staff strives to improve the physical, spiritual, psychosocial, and psychological well-being of the residents of Leon and surrounding counties by providing access to the highest quality comprehensive health services.
With particular concern for lower socioeconomic groups, regardless of their ability to pay, Bond provides comprehensive health services for children of all ages. In an effort to sustain cohesiveness, referrals to specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, and Pediatric Infectious Disease are completed in-house. Our pediatric team is committed to ensuring that patients receive high-quality medical care in an environment that fosters culturally and linguistically competent services and attitudes from all staff. To accommodate these services we provide in-house translation services for our Spanish-speaking families and American Sign Language translation services for those who are hearing impaired.
